WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Called my child's pediatrician this morning because he was up all night with fever, coughing & upset stomach. Made an appointment with Dr. Gregory Weaver for 12:10p today & explained that We had we new insurance, which they confirmed they accepted. Upon arrival I was informed that the person who scheduled the appointment has made it for the wrong day & that they didn't accept our new insurance. They also told me that I couldn't pay with cash. They turned a sick child away - SHAMEFUL!!!!
I've been bringing all 4 of my babies here since I had my first son 8 years ago! The location is great, the staff is caring, friendly, knowledgeable and make my children feel very comfortable. The services they offer beside general healthcare is great as well. All 4 of my children see the same person and the fact that she knows all their names and their personalities is awesome!
