We had BLACK AND WHITE MOLD for 4 months (starting in November) all they did was bring in a big humidifier they put in the kitchen (that racked up our electric bill) then took $100 off one month of rent. When I called about being relocated due to how bad the mold was, both living room and bedroom wall was covered in mold, we had to clean it every day as it was growing back BAD daily. Don’t live here! Very old apartments, homeless people always next to the property, no insulation, no maintenance, and extremely old AC units.
I moved into my apartment recently and I really like it so far. The location is Great!
The only challenge i have experienced several times is the laundry washing machines. Attention is needed to keep them functioning at all times. Otherwise the rest is all well. Nice place to stay.
