have been going here for years Senate is one of the best coney island that I have been to in the area my favorite would have to be Leo's. Service is usually OK I have been going here for a number of years but every time I have had an issue with the food or service management is always willing to compensate to make your dinning more enjoyable
5 star Coney Islands! Senate is the place to go get coneys!! The breakfasts are great too!! Little busy after Mass on Sunday but worth the wait! Try the Chicken Greek Salad, the rice pudding is wonderful too! Service is always good & the prices are very fair!
Super Duper Coney Island I really love Coney Islands. So we eat them at them a lot. Senate is one of the best ever and they have really low prices to boot. They have several breakfast specials from $3 to $5, and the portions are really big. Dinner specials also from $5 to $9 at the most. The menu is extensive, I really love the loose burgers, yummy. They are located on Plymouth Rd., are easy to find and the staff is fast and friendly.
Best spinach pie! We love the menu variety but the spinach pie is my favorite. The food is always good, the service is always good, and the staff is friendly even when the restaurant is busy.
Disgusted! I 've loved Senate for a long time. Mine family and I order from there all the time. However one morning my sister and I had gone there for breakfast and as we were leaving we heard either the manager or the owner yelling at one of the employees. The employee was an elder gentleman and we could not believe the way he was being talked too. The manager yelled at the employee " Are You F*#@! stupided, what the F*#!@ is wrong with you, just remember I'm your boss! No matter what the employee had done, no one deservers... read more
