After 50 years of seeing the same dentist who retired four years ago, I was reluctant to see another. I asked a friend who she might recommend and without hesitation, Dr. Rob Semtner was suggested. "He is not inexpensive, but he is the best" was her comment. I am not wealthy and my insurance is a joke so I proceeded with caution. Has not been a pleasant experience. I work and bill insurances on a daily basis for work. I've never been somewhere for dentistry where the estimate for services and bill misaligned by over $700 for preventative care on 3 children with no cavities. Myself, on the other hand, had Dr. Latimer who insisted on fixing a cavity with no symptoms and I've not been able to chew anything on that side since, due to hypersensitivity.
