I cannot say enough about the kind and compassionate care I received from the staff while I spent ten days dealing with severe depression. The facility needs a lot of love due to low funding and wear and tear. But that means very little when you factor in the incredible staff of people who are there because they want to be. I will always be grateful for Sempervirens.

Wonderful, caring staff. Truly. I appreciate everything they did for me during my stay. Groups were very interactive and diverse. The facility was clean. Dr. B is so kind, and really listens to you. Unfortunately, I no longer meet the criteria to stay, which was not their fault. I'd have liked to stay longer, however I understand and I have some great information and referrals. I feel as though they are a bit understaffed, which is an issue everywhere in the mental health field, but they really did their best!! I hope they c... read more

My sister was in this hospital multiple times over the past two years . We begged for help. They kept just releasing her on the street saying she was fine when she wasn’t . She killed herself at 28 years old this year on march 4th . Layed in the road in the freeway. Her name was Dakota Stafslien . I hope you all read this and remember her

I went to behavioral health multiple times in my mid-twenties for therapy after l had my first break with psychosis and manic depression when I was 24. The constant nightmares, and the visual and tactile hallucinations were frightening. The visionary experiences were extraordinarily beautiful and mesmerizing.
