Except for a few days of miscommunication on payment schedules and amounts, the company did a good job of completing the process. I was concerned about the excess tile that I had to pay for and ultimately store or have removed, but decided to store about 20 pieces and remove about 250 new tiles that I paid for but didn’t desire to try to resale or store in my property. The project supervisor was attentive to my concerns and responded promptly.

Semper Solaris did an amazing job from start to finish. Christian kept us updated on each step of the roofing project and was happy to answer any questions we had along the way. The crew was hard working and left our house so clean each day when they left. I appreciate the respect they had for us and our home. I would recommend Christian and Semper Solaris to anyone needed roof and/or solar.

Our experience was great. My roof had multiple issues and they were able to repair everything and get the roof done in under a week. The new roof has already lowered the the attic temp by roughly 40 degrees. Thank you for all the hard work.
