Branden was outstanding!! He was prompt and extremely helpful since our furnace has been very noisy! In fact the furnace awakened me at 4:00 am. When I told Branden that we had a louder furnace than our previous Semper Solaris, he immediately worked and was successful in getting it to quiet down. Worst experience with Anthony DeLanda. No stars if even possible! We signed a contract and reviewed it again before proceeding with the loan application. At that point, we had several important questions—mainly about solar capacity, warranty coverage, and discrepancies between the contract and what was discussed in person. - The monthly energy usage listed in the contract was much lower than what we actually provided. - We were told the system would be up and running by the end of August, but the contract stated November. - ... read more
