Very responsive company. I had a specific people assigned to me with a person named Veronica overseeing and being my main point of contact. I had emails and cell numbers I could use at any time of day to reach out and ask questions or coordinate appointments. The installers were very professional, quick, and friendly. Great service. Panels seem to be going great so far.
We were happy with our solar installation by Semper Solaris from the beginning of the contract to completion of the project. Each person provided quick responses to questions. They were open to changing the location of our panels midstream so that the panels were less visible from our backyard. Very easy company to work with. Veronica M. checked in with us often as the project went through the permitting process to installation to answer questions and prepare us for each next step.
After thinking about and looking for a solar system for almost three years, I finally pulled the trigger with Semper Solaris. I must say that I am totally satisfied with not only my new solar system, but with the excellent service and support I've received. Semper Solaris and its entire crew were great during my roofing project. I was well informed every step of the way from management to crew project managers and the crews themselves. Daily work crews were punctual and polite and ensured everything was clean by the end of each day. The entire project was completed in a little over 3 days during the hottest days of 2017.
