I chose Semper Solaris after looking at several other companies. The product they offer is top quality from what my research has shown. They back it up with a "bumper to bumper" warranty that includes labor. Other companies drop off labor many years earlier which drives concern of the reliability of the products. After doing my research and meeting with a few different solar companies, I decided to go with Semper Solaris for 3 main reasons: 1) They only offer Sunpower panels and inventory was readily available 2) Everything was handled in-house; no subcontractors 3) Most importantly, I had several references to specifically work with Genevieve Johnson. I recently had solar installed in my house. I had the pleasure of working with Rhami H******* and Michael C*******. I was worried at first because I had talked to a few other companies and they really did not give me a confident feeling that they had everything under control. It took awhile, but that was due to SDG&E. I can't thank the team enough. From Genevieve Johnson to John, Dexter, Paul and Josh. We are so happy to finally have given the "Dear John" letter to the electric company. Semper Solaris is the only company in San Diego with general contractor, electrical contractor, roofing and solar business licenses. Highly recommend!

After speaking with three different Sun Power installers, we selected Semper Solaris because of their very competitive pricing on their most efficient panels. We sized the system two panels larger than calculated because we wanted to come closer to matching summer demand; this turned out to be 18 panels. Once we got some old (unrelated) permit issues resolved, the installation crew did the install in a day and a half. Every phase of our installation went as expected and was handled by friendly and professional staff. This started with the sales effort and continued through completion especially including the installing technicians and the quality of their work. Everything works and no damage, no leaks.
