I absolutely love Dr. Odo! She is very welcoming, genuine, assertive, positive, personable, and a great listener. Only two visits in, yet I feel like I have always been apart of her family. I appreciate you for what you do. Thank you!
I have been trying to contact Semper Healthcare since February 26th to request refills for prescriptions that are now empty. I have called more than 15 times during listed business hours, yet most calls go unanswered. The hours posted on Google also appear to conflict with the hours the office is actually operating. I was able to reach a representative once (on the 22nd), and I was told my doctor would be notified to refill the prescription. I recently had a telehealth visit with Dr. Odo and was extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism she provided. She was attentive, easy to talk to, and took the time to truly understand my concerns without making the appointment feel rushed.
