Diagnosed with spinal cord cancer in 2004. I have been a patient at semmes Murphy since 2005. I have seen a lot of staff retire since starting my journey at beating this this disease, and I plan on seeing a lot more retire. 😬 I have not had a bad experience with anyone here. Thanks for all you do.

I have been having severe neck and shoulder pain for around 2 years. I have seen 2 orthopedics and another Neuro doc prior to seeing Dr. Weaver. A friend referred me to him and his amazing nurse, Kim, got me right into see him. An injury that had previously been misdiagnosed as a partial rotator cuff ended up being a herniated disc. Dr. Weaver was very reassuring and comforting and his amazing staff had me scheduled for surgery within 2 weeks. Dr. Weaver takes the time to listen, I have been seen by several doctors and had physical therapy with no relief, even a pain block. Dr. Weaver pin pointed the problem, set me up for another block and I have been much better. I would and have recommended him to many people and his nurse Kim is great!

Excellent service, very professional and patient friendly!!! First time there and I would highly recommend Semmes-Murphey to everyone. Dr. Nickele and his nurse, Heather, were awesome and explained everything regarding my spine’s condition and recommended course of treatment in a manner that I could understand and comprehend. Even sketched a drawing of my spine to help visually explain!!

Had surgery on my neck for an ACDF with Dr. Jason Weaver. Highly recommend this place. The staff was very friendly. I felt very well taken care of.
