I lived here 3 years. These apartments are quiet and in a decent location, but the management are complete penny pinchers (no surprises there): rent increases are excessive even for Madison (around $150-$200 a month increase every year) and poor upkeep of the property. Old appliances that never really worked. I had bugs in my apartment occasionally and once found a dead mouse. Someone’s car got broken into while I lived there. I lived here for one year and 6 months and I would caution anyone against it (especially women). I have never felt safe in the building and I had several instances that contributed to this feeling. In my first 6 months, someone smashed my car window and stole money from my car (while it was parked in the “locked” parking garage) of the building. I also had a man (who lives in the building) walk up to my patio door, put his hands on the glass, and peer into my space. The landlords did nothing to work with me on my lease terms... read more

I really loved living here and I’m sad I moved. It was stressful nice environment no noise. Parking garage that was not on a steep hill. Because at my old apartment before this the garage was on a very steep hill. I once slid right into the door. That why I love these parking garages I’ve had NO sketchy experiences. The only minor thing is the parking spot I was in was on a hill but I paid for that. But here’s really nothing negative I’m sure to move one my deposit comes in!!! I've lived here for almost five years and have really enjoyed the experience. It was the most stress-free rental experience I have ever had. Really great onsite property manager, amazing amenities (storage unit, underground parking, in unit w/d) and walking distance to restaurants, bars and a grocery store. If you are okay with not living right downtown, the location is a perfect compromise to get to anywhere you need to go in town. Can't recommend this place enough!
