I lived here for one year and 6 months and I would caution anyone against it (especially women). I have never felt safe in the building and I had several instances that contributed to this feeling. In my first 6 months, someone smashed my car window and stole money from my car (while it was parked in the “locked” parking garage) of the building. I really loved living here and I’m sad I moved. It was stressful nice environment no noise. Parking garage that was not on a steep hill. Because at my old apartment before this the garage was on a very steep hill. I once slid right into the door. That why I love these parking garages I’ve had NO sketchy experiences. The only minor thing is the parking spot I was in was on a hill but I paid for that. But here’s really nothing negative I’m sure to move one my deposit comes in!!! I've lived here for almost five years and have really enjoyed the experience. It was the most stress-free rental experience I have ever had. Really great onsite property manager, amazing amenities (storage unit, underground parking, in unit w/d) and walking distance to restaurants, bars and a grocery store. If you are okay with not living right downtown, the location is a perfect compromise to get to anywhere you need to go in town. Can't recommend this place enough!
