The whole pregnancy and postpartum experience has been amazing. Emily in Physio kept my body healthy and relatively pain free, and ready to brith. Christine in massage was fantastic as well, i had terrible hip pain and she really helped keep this in check. Postpartum experience with their Exercise physiologist Nelly was epic.
