I had such a great experience at Selph Health Studio. Everyone I interacted with was so lovely and accomodating. Laura gave one of the best massages I’ve had in Sydney, she really understood what my body needed as a new mum with lots of neck tension. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and cared for. I’ll definitely be recommending Selph to friends and will be back for more treatments!
Gina has not only helped me feel better both pre and post babies but also helped both my kids with feeding, general health and any allergies with simple realignments:) Highly recommend visiting Gina !
The team at selph is so warm and friendly! Absolutely beautifully fitted out space that feels calm instantly. Dr Gina has supported my 15 month old son and has helped immensely with his milestones, nervous system and general health.
