I was told that I have a torn meniscus that can’t be surgically repaired. Totally devastated thinking I would have to live with the pain for years I was referred to Revive and met with Dr Takyi. He was patient and really listened to everything and gave me a checklist of options. My pain has drastically decreased and I’m just starting!
Dr. T as I call him is nothing short of AMAZING!!! When I first came into contact with him, his bedside manners were very welcoming and comforting. I love Dr. Takyi, he really cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond to relieve my pain without invasive treatment or surgery. I didn’t think the injections he gave me would help with the swelling, pain, pins and needles feeling and numbness in my hands and arms but it’s been a month and I can’t believe I have no pain in my hands, no more numbness or pins and needles feeling. I am amazed and so grateful for the relief. If you’re trying to avoid surgery but need pain relief go see doctor Takyi.
I have never had a Doctor (Dr. Selorm Takyi) spend so much time with me on my first visit. Thorough exam of my back and my legs from a fall I had sustained in June. After my MRI he spent a lot of time going over everything that was found in my MRI. He answered every question with the upmost knowledge we decided the best outcome for me would be to receive injections in my lumbar spine area.
