Let me start by saying Kristi Autillou is a very naïve inexperienced realtor. Kristi gives the impression she was pushed into real estate by a relative. I was under contract with her husbands friend the buyer. When it came to inspection Kristi was totally unprofessional. Kristi's husband was at my home for unknown reasons. We dealt with Judy Tassie and her boss, Joel Selman at this company some time ago. Both were rude, unprofessional and lazy. I am not surprised to see these poor ratings.
Poor response to broken appliances. Good luck with air conditioning.
