I was extremely disappointed by my experience at the Selma Auto Mall. I scheduled a time to come look at a car that was listed on auto trader. I confirmed TWICE on the phone that I was coming to see that specific vehicle. They assured me it was parked out front for me to come see and they’d see me soon. When I showed up after driving an HOUR, which I communicated on the phone before driving, THE CAR WAS SOLD THE DAY BEFORE! RecommendedSam was an incredible car sales man. He walked through that whole place with my Fiancé and I till we found what we wanted. He was down to earth easy going and very nice. Felt like we knew him for years. I highly recommend going here and asking For Sam.
After a month of having my car I I definetely know I was ripped off. I already am experiencing problems with it and of course have to be charged for it. My speaker has a buzzing noise and my seat lever gets stuck and I have to pay $145 just for them to look at it is ridiculous when they sold it to me like this. It's honestly my fault though for just thinking about coming here. Wish I would've took the 30 minute drive to Fresno to buy a car.

Awful place to do business with. The ONLY reason I bought from them is because they had the only car I had been looking for for a good price. They refuse to give me my second key because they lost it. I'll be taking it to managment, etc. Don't do business with them. They are only slightly interested in you until you are ready to sign and then you're nothing but a sale.
This place sucks. They rip you off. Very unprofessional. They will do anything to take your money and rip you off. They do illegal things. Anything to make a buck. Please do not come to this place.
