Fuck this place man!!!! Paid $3500 for a fucking warranty been out here 3 fucking times all they do is fuxking bullshit you!!!!!
Don't ever go to this place. Worst service you could possibly get. Bought a brand new car 2 years ago they lied about what they were selling me then I had to pay more to get what I was actually told I was getting. Now they call me saying they want to buy it back and told me over the phone there paying 26-28 thousand to drive all the way here from tulare for them to offer me 13 thousand. They lied to me once again to get us here to lie to us about what there paying! Never go to this place ever!!
Went in to purchase our second Honda yesterday and realized why we chose to come here again. The Staff is very friendly & welcoming! I definitely recommend anybody who is looking to purchase or lease a car to come here. Ask for Alfonso, he was the sales rep who helped us & we received great customer service!
Called and made appointment at the Chevrolet dealer, told them I want a brand new minimal mileage vehicle. Wasted 2 hours on a test drive of a 1015 Capriva, salesman did not listen to me. Several times I said NEW vehicle. The Captiva was only made a couple years and are not available NEW!
Will NEVER buy another car from this place again. They are arrogant and they lie. We were going to purchase a 2nd vehicle from them and they did not honor their terms when we got there. Wasted trip. The 1st vehicle's transmission went out within the 1st 90 days of purchase. If we didn't have the extended warranty we would have been in a world of hurt. You are better off taking your business elsewhere.
