The staff is really nice and respectful. Israel and Robert with Kia helped us out and really explained everything and had time and patient with us in this hot 100 degree weather. Shout out to Art and Joseph as well for helping us in our endeavor to look for car. We appreciate all of you! Thank you!
Edit: Less than 24 hours after making this review (below) the Selma Auto Mall contacted us and went above and beyond to make things right. I am walking away from this deal finally at peace. They truly did not need to go through all the effort (although I am grateful). It's a shame that it took a bad review for things to actually get better. Unfortunately I still cannot recommend Selma Auto Mall, it was an excellent price for a car, and that's about it.
