My car broke down near Selinsgrove. I live 2 hours away and I was uncertain what to do, so I called the closest Ford garage and asked for help. Wow. Everybody I spoke with at Selinsgrove Ford was exceptionally helpful. A tow truck and loaner car were there within a half hour. To make a long story short two days later I drove out of Selinsgrove Ford with a 2014 Ford Focus. My thanks to all at Selinsgrove Ford for turning a very bad situation into a very happy ending. You are all awesome.

First you all have been great until this moment, and the detail that had the bugs waxed in and over, Mr. Benner made that right. The window was grinding going up and down, the car has 20 some thousand miles it is under warranty. I was given an $ 85.00 dollar bill, explanation, since no parts were needed the cost was on me.None the less this was a problem, and should be paid for under warranty.
