Father bought a 2016 f-150 about 2 weeks ago, washed the truck and paint on the bumper peeled off showing rust underneath that was covered up. Called Selinsgrove ford and they will not do anything about it. That’s what I call customer service, buy a vehicle 30k out the door and have that happen and nothing done about it. Won’t ever go back.
I would recommend them because they are very helpful and the girl Katie helped me out in so many ways to make sure I got a good deal and with me getting approved. Even when I didn’t have the money she called me back and let me know what deals they had on their cars and she was very helpful and I appreciated everything she did and how she went out of her way to help. I came out with a great car and that I fell in love with. I would definitely go back there to get another car they are awesome!!
