Called and asked if my price would be locked in for a year or would it increase in 3 months. I was told no it would stay the same for a year. They took payment and transferred me to the contract side. I immediately asked her the same question and was told rate increases expected in 3 months. I told them to void payment I was not signing. They told me they needed to call me back. I called them again they wouldn't cancel my payment Called again got rude with a guy,because he wouldn't refund he just wanted to save the sale. The service I received here is so wonderful. I spoke with Mary and she was so helpful in explaining things in a way I could understand. She's stayed on the phone with me until everything was finished for getting a new storage. Low cost clean storage. Thank you!

Had a great customer service experience via email with Vina Sta Maria. The first unit we rented was not going to work for us so we had submitted a cancelation. Vina emailed and offered 2 other units that might meet our needs better. After looking at the other options we were able to secure a unit that works for what we needed.

The rental process was done all electronically. Mary called to confirm set up and access was completed. This was great customer service!
