Angela was great with u- haul rental. Super friendly and helpful. She knew I was tight on time so even opened up a few minutes early for me. I'll be back, for next rental ;-)
Lori was very helpful. Facility is clean, well lit and secure.
My first self-storage experience was made with care, kindness & security by Sue at the Beck Road location. I emptied it a little at a time, then took the last items & my lock & left using the security code at the gate. Less than 24 hrs. later I received a call from Sue making all was well! Great customer service! GOLD STAR!
