I meet Ms. Robin she's extremely great @ her position. Ms.Robin gave me Terence Taylor the best tour I ever had. Ms. Robin had all the answers to my questions. Ms. Robin Is Great! For Sure!!
I find this company to be dishonest and unhelpful. When I signed up for the unit, I was told I could make payments and autopay via ACH only to find out this was not true. My account was prepaid through January and in February I got a letter saying I had been assessed a lien fee that same day. I spoke with Robin who let me know that she’s the general manager of this location and that it’s company policy not to be able to waive any fees assessed same day even for new clients who had prepaid services through that month.
