Robin was so good and so welcoming
Every month they charge you a different amount. I have reached out to the main office about my bill and they couldn't explain it. Directed me to management who still haven't contacted me.
Update. They came correct. That’s what class management does with the truth. Good facility.
Edit/update: The situation was eventually resolved reasonably well, more or less. The elevator has since been fixed. --- I have been in a 4-day stressful emergency situation with this self-storage plus in Lanham. Each day, I have tried to resolve and explain what was happening over the web-chat and calling into all available phone lines to this business. (Keep this in mind, that i have constantly trying to get a hold of them and fix this during this story) No manager or representative has answered, replied, or contacted me. ... read more
