UPDATE: They deleted my original complaint so here it is again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. The worst place I have EVER had business with. The original plan was to get the hitch installed the 25th and pick up the trailer the 26th and leave the night after. Turns out I called them asking if I could do it all at once because of the hurricane coming in and they decided to tell me “oh we were just about to call you we don’t have any of the parts needed.” When I tell you I was speechless.
