We arrived to Homestead around 9:00 pm to do the mobile check in. The facility stated that we could check in up until 10pm. Once I logged in and was given the access code it did not work. So I tried calling the after hours number several times and never got a response. I sent multiple text messages and never got a response. We just traveled 8 hours, it was raining and there was no assistance offered whatsoever. Very poor customer service! Very disappointing and unacceptable.
