I recommend this facility - and its staff - very highly. Over the past year, I have been working with someone who had two storage units at this facility. The location on the edge of Center City is easily accessible AND (I wish that I had known this, the first few times that I was there) they allow parking in the loading dock while unloading/loading AND during the time that one is accessing one's unit(s). I’ve had an outstanding experience with Self Service Storage and can’t recommend them enough. The staff have been incredibly friendly, professional, and just genuinely helpful. They take the time to walk you through your options and make sure you get exactly what you need without any pressure. Great experience with these people first time ever renting a u-haul, I filled the gas tank back up like I was supposed to, I swept out the back like I was supposed to, I stayed within the miles that I paid for I was not charged anything extra and Nelson at the front desk was able to accommodate a need that I had and I really appreciate him and the great experience I had at U-Haul thanks guys you made the move a breeze
