Tried to use Self Regional virtual. Never had trouble past 2x. Waited 45 mins. Some gentleman walk through-back & forth. Never address me . I had video on. My temp escalated to 104. Having chills. They have all my meds, both insurance-have everything-.this was 5:19 pm and 6 pm never heard-also had trouble staying log in. Went to Abbeville ER. But this was self regional.
