All I have to say is WOW. I attended her Prepare to Thrive in 2025 Group Therapy session and I must say that I thoroughly Enjoyed it. She made me feel seen, heard, and supported. I will definitely be reaching out. I feel I have found my new personal therapist. I will definitely be back so she can further to help me unpack and navigate this journey I am on to self discovery. She is truly gifted.
Choosing Toni to help me start my healing journey was the best decision I could have ever made! From our conversations to her guidance and tools she has given me I have been able to become a better person for MYSELF and others around me.
