RecommendedI had great success with my therapy at Vanguard and recommend them for therapy on a hurt shoulder and a pinched nerve. My sessions included instruction on shoulder exercises which I did in their office (as well as at home), shoulder & back massage, and electrical stimulation on knotted shoulder muscles. I also had sessions on the decompression table to stretch my neck & create some space on that pinched nerve so that it could heal. This process was so helpful in relieving the neck & shoulder pain! I came in for neck and lower back. After a couples of months of therapy which included stretches and massage, I’m completely pain free! I haven’t felt this great in years! Thank you to all the doctors and staff at Vanguard Spine and Sport!!

RecommendedI’ve been going to Vanguard for a little over a month and they have been absolutely great to work with. The staff is awesome and are usually go to cryotherapy around lunchtime and get adjusted as well. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for cryotherapy, an awesome chiropractor and physical therapy as well. Shout out to Anna as well she is awesome and full of energy when I go there.
