Fire all daytime and half night time aides and hire new. I seen a guy (leg cut off) laying in his bed one day and being yelled at and highly mistreated by female nurse.
My husband was treated like dirt while at Select Specialty UPMC. He was there for a good couple of weeks and the ONLY person to bath him or wash his hair was me. The nursing staff took his call button away once, he was belittled constantly. He had just come out of a coma and was unable to walk or stand.
