Very rude and not good customer service at all. Jessica said she was going to refund my application fee since she never even looked at it but never did. The male receptionist sounded bored and rude. The way I look at it is at least I didn’t actually rent a place from them because I can only imagine after the small encounter I had with them what they are like.
I've rented from Select over a decade. I've seen them be fair, pleasant, firm when they had to be and kind when they didnt have to be. I like their individual personalities and overall my renting experience has been great.
6-7 weeks my application they have had. On the 7th week there has been no repairs done to the agreed upon location. They tried pushing the move-in date 2 weeks back. I would be homeless, WILL be homeless thanks to this place. I already gave my 30 days to my current complex with no success of extension. Thank you Yuba City Select Property Management you have made me homeless.

Horrible. Never fixes anything. Very rude to deal with on the phone.
Worst property management company i ever dealt with in all my18 years in lake tahoe. They collect rents and deduct their management fees but their management skills are lacking and unethical. They do not inspect the property and renters can trash your home without their knowledge.
