Jill Spalliero is the worst property manager I have ever worked with. She is lazy when it comes to fixing any issue, she is rude, unprofessional and she is not truthful. We were overcharged for water and sewer throughout the year we rented the home due to her neglecting to fix multiple water leaks on the property before we moved in. The excess water use due to those leaks reflected on our water bill for the entire year we were there. We paid the overages and brought it to her attention immediately. I think it's wrong to make people during this time of losing jobs and businesses closing to make people take on the extra expense of rental insurance. millions of people are struggling and you all want us to take on an extra expense. I think it's wrong and your company should reevaluate.
Worsted experience ever roaches everywhere in my apartment and they refuse to do anything . Don’t rent from them
the worst management ever the woman Debbie in the office is hella rude and takes ur rent money then will say u didn't pay your rent. They dont even fix anything and the apartments on Melton are full of roaches and the wont do anything about it and the charge u for the maintenance in the apartments so be careful when renting through select property management
Jill is terrible to work with. Unresponsive and when she does respond she is rude. Still waiting for our security deposit 30+ after move out date.
I have used Select Property for over 12 years. This last property I was at they made you pay water and sewer and garbage. And they double-dipped and I told Select Property about it and they said they'll fix it and then when I got my deposit back if they didn't fix it! Now I have to try to dispute it and waste my time to get my money back oh, I will never use Select Property again!

Very unprofessional. Jill was a nightmare to work with and continued to try to force us into an earlier lease when she knew we wouldn’t be there until October 1st. Very obviously she was interested in getting almost $1000 more from us, on top of the $3300 deposit, $2200 rent, $200 deposit to LWW, and $100 reimbursement for the landlord because LWW charges homeowners that to rent out their house (Btw no other rental company’s in LWW charged those to the tenant).
