RecommendedThis was probably the easiest interaction with a major financial development in my life. I would definitely recommend them. We used them for our recent refinance. Saved us thousands over the life of the loan.
Jason was so helpful with my first and then my second home mortgage. He made the process easy and was there for all of my questions. He even reached out to me to suggest refinancing when the rates became low enough to benefit me. I couldn't imagine dealing with anyone else.

This company was very disappointing. I was preapproved and ready to go with my mortgage when they had me pay for the home appraisal which cost me $550. After paying this, it was one thing after another with them needing new information or they needed me to resend things that I had already sent more than once. There were many times that I had no idea what was going on and sent multiple emails and made many phone calls that all went unanswered. They are talented in what they know about available resources and how to assist the customer in obtaining financing. However, they were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, because of an Email that was sent to a business partner and inadvertently to my fiance, stating that in lieu of paying rent (to me), she "Just doles out the pu..y for housing"
