I agree with Kelsey. We were pre approved to buy our first home and all was great until the accepted offer. Tim M***** was whom we were dealing with. He asked for all of our documents and we gave them to him within a few days, but then waited a week to tell us they weren't the right ones and so we rushed and got him the correct ones. Waited another 5 days, no emails, no phone calls were answered in that time frame. We were coming up on closing on the 6th and suddenly he didn't order the appraisal......
