Fantastic. great professional and kind service from Monica. Put off by Dr. Rob's lack of compassion and empathy...she spoke of not liking the use of large needles such as the one she was injecting me with while she was injecting me!. Also, she did not use a topical anasthetic even when Monica asked her about it. The 5 stars goes to Monica, Jackie and Dr John only.
