I feel very safe and relaxed going to the dentist! Do you? Dr John and Dr. Robb are the best. My husband and I have been going to Dr. John for 5 years and are very sad to be moving 8 hrs away from our favorite dentists! If you live near West Hartford CT you should check them out. It was ok. Except for the water going down my neck. I love the service every time I come. The staff always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. I always recommend your office to anybody who is in search of a good dentist.
I did the zoom whitening and am happy with the results. It was painful during the last 15 minutes when they turned up the intensity of the light. It was also painful afterwards until the next day. I still have a little bit of sensitivity almost 3 days later but I am getting back to normal.
My cleaning/dental exam started on time. The staff was friendly and professional. The dental hygienist explained the purpose of each procedure and the the results of my examination.
I went for a cleaning and an exam. The x-rays were simple and thorough, well handled by the assistant, Jackie. The cleaning was painless and Monika was terrific at explaining the care that should be taken in between cleanings. Several watch areas were examined through the x-rays and then visually by Dr. Robb, the new addition to the practice. She determined that nothing had to be done, but they will continue to monitor these areas on the next appointment. She will be a great addition to this already superb practice. The staf... read more
