My fiancé and I celebrated his birthday here last night. The service and food was outstanding and I was impressed with the professionalism of the bartenders. We arrived at 4:30 and when the restaurant opened and there were about 30 people in line ahead of us- we were seated about 5:15 which gave us time to enjoy a cocktail while we waited. Requested the house made bread and butter, it was phenomenal. We enjoyed the roasted beets, rabbit and lamb ragu for our meal and our servings were just right. We'll be back again.
Had a great night with great food and got to check on a great girl!! Our intent was to patronize one of awesome places showing Katoi and staff some love. Things started out with a snaf-fu but I applaud the service recovery performed by mgr Rachel. Rachel was genuine, interested and personable. The food was really good. Portions weren't the largest...I left out after lunch still slightly hungry but a nice place to try!
I had a cup of soup and the roasted sweet potatoes. The soup was Japanese style with soy sauce & ginger. I thought the soy sauce overpowered the flavor of the soup. The roasted sweet potatoes were served with yogurt, cranberries, pecans & sage butter. The combination of flavors in this dish were amazing! Each ingredient balanced out the dish and was a real treat
