Twice now we have ordered oil through this “company’s” online service and twice now we are without oil in a timely manner and have run out. When I make a phone call to the company to find out about the oil I purchased on Sunday they literally have ZERO clue what’s going on with my order. Now I understand why they have the “best” prices around. Gotta cut corners somewhere apparently.
Called on Thursday for a delivery. running out of oil. Was promised delivery today ( saturday) Out of oil now and they don;t expect to deliver until next week sometime. Emergency service?? Guess not. Very sad when you leave the elderly without heat.
Sel-Lo Oil has the lowest prices in Central Pa, & I have done my homework. I would always recommend them over any other supplier in the area...They have always been kind & courteous to me with no problems what-so-ever.
Called to order oil as a new customer. Lady who answered the phone was extremely rude! I pretty much decided talking to her that this was not a place I want to give my business!
Very bad customer service. Woman who answers the phone is a smartass. She lost me as a customer with her big mouth.
