The service is terrible anymore. waited two days for them to deliver my heating oil and never showed up or was on the schedule for the second day, so I call and they could care less. not even an apology or anything. asked if I wanted to cancel. they could care less about customer service. bad part is I have been a loyal customer for over 20years. and now I will be loyal to another oil company. bye.

This place is a joke! We were to have an oil delivery today which we had already took cash into them so it was already paid for. Well they never showed up even AFTER I called at 4 today to ask where they were and the lady said he was still out making delivery's and we were still getting oil. This happened last year as well but I gave them one last chance to prove me wrong that it was a mistake. I'm no longer going to give this place business. This is ridiculous!
Always on time,never a problem had them for years..
Sometimes they are unable to come when promised but always makes delivery within a day or two. We never let our tank get below half full. Love their budget program. Thank You Sel-lo for all your hard work.
So you couldn't make it up my lane to deliver fuel for over 2 weeks? Yet I just saw your truck at my neighbor's house delivering. Real nice customer service. You've just lost a good-paying, loyal customer.

after reading several of these reviews I must say I feel like I must be a top customer. WE have dealt with Sel-Lo for many years and never had a problem. Our oil is always delivered on the date promised Everyone we have every spoken to at the office and on the phone has been courteous and helpful. All the delivery guys are Awesome. Thank you Sel-Lo
