I live in a community of townhouses, where you must walk down a walkway to get to our front door. Delivery driver marked me as away instead of walking down the walkway to find my house. I heard the truck pull in, they were gone before I could get out to see if the guy was there.
Horrible service do not use them! They delivered the wrong product to me and the response is bad unless they are outside waiting they will be blowing your phone up! Terrible service overall and do not own up or make their errors better look elsewhere for delivery
The worst delivery service I have ever had to work with. I will no longer purchase items that use this company. Incredibly unprofessional and rude customer service. No delivery scheduled, took 5+ business days to even hear back from someone, was put on hold for 1 hr+ with no call back and just incompetent beyond belief. The delivery was later than expected. But a shout to Andrea at their station in SF for going the extra mile and accommodating an earlier delivery for us. The delivery people also left the item at the place we requested for.
The guy inside is very rude. Not even willing to help with a question or point me to the right direction.
