Very frustrating experience. My appointment was canceled without any notification, and no one answered when I called back. I didn’t receive any voicemail or message about the cancellation. They said my prescription was sent to the pharmacy, but I went there three times, and each time they said they never received it. I am trying to schedule an appointment for the last 2 days via phone. After waiting on the phone multiple times up to 30 minutes ("we put you on hold for a minute"), every single time they hung up on me while I was still on hold. That happened now 6 times. Something is wrong

I met Dr. Farshadsefat through a hospital visit and have had a procedure and office visit with him since, He is very kind , approachable and listens to what I say. Great bedside manner and seems very genuine. I'd highly recommend him for GI needs. The office is clean , and I had a great experience meeting his other team members such as Rosemary at the front desk who made check in seamless and made me feel welcomed as well as Kristen the PA who came in and introduced herself - this office is alittle hard to get ahold of over ... read more
