Excelente Atención
Went to bring my 2024 Outlander since the battery died after 1 year. The service rep let me know that they didn’t have any mechanics to help with my issue. I even explained how this was an emergency since my wife can go into labor at any time and that this was our only car. How does a major dealership not have one mechanic on hand? Instead I had to drive all the way down to the Palmetto Bay dealership. Needless to say I won’t be returning to Bill Seidle to either purchase a car or for servicing.
