I Felt Comfort With Burg – You did a great job on my son's gum and teeth. I always thought then what might happen to his teeth because of swollen gum and always bleeding... Until I realized from your help that it is periodontal disease which might lead to him loosing teeth. I am so glad and felt comfort when I found you and explained completely what will happen and what can we do to help him maintain good teeth. Thank you so much!
My Son Will Become A Dentist Someday – Being a dentist is now the dream of my son because of the great experiences he is having with Burg Pediatric Dentistry. HORRIBLE customer service – Truly avoid this practice! The dentist is ok but not nearly good enough to have to put up with his horrible support staff. I went there for my son's first dental visit - again the dentist was ok but nothing spectacular in my 3 minute visit. Apparently there was a very, very small fee not paid by my insurance company. I got a call almost a full year after my visit treating me like a leper over $13. I was put off because I hadn't heard anything from them for a full year, then get a call as if I've s... read more
Dr. Burg is great – My sons have been seeing Dr. Burg for quite some time. We really like him. I did have an occasion one time in which I requested Dr. Burg and he was seen by Dr. Boren. I didn't like him hear as well as Dr. Burg, so I have insisted that we always see Dr. Burg.
Great with kids... – We have only been twice but have received excellent care. They were on time and very accomodating. The only thing I don't like is you don't get to choose which dr your child sees. We saw Dr. Boren when we had requested Dr. Burg, but that was just fine because he was great.
