I wish I could leave zero stars. I had an appt at 10am, was asked if we could push it back to 11am. I agree. Wait in the parking lot for over an hour with no response in the end. Completely wasted 2.5hours of my time and it turns out I didn’t need to drive 40mins to this salon in the first place. It is rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. Why message and ask to push it back by an hour and ghost me????? The tech should have just said something came up and she was no longer available…
