The apartments are pretty nice: wood floors, tile shower and bathrooms, sturdy doors, double paned windows, etc. It even has a fireplace, though we couldn't get it to warm anything up; that became the job of the heater upstairs, which works pretty well. There are some negatives, though. Mostly dealing with the way the landlord runs things.
