This place has really improved over the past 10 years. We are on our fourth manager now since I've been here and she is wonderful. The first three managers were something awful. They were the least professional people I had ever dealt with in my entire life. I am not going to go into details because I wouldn't know where to start but they were just awful. After nearly 9 years as a resident at segoe I'm well aware of many of the problems. Management is unquestionably the worst part about this property. I, along with many other residents have been lied to multiple times, bullied into not making legitimate complaints, residents targeted by employees, harassed and disrespected. I've never experienced such immoral, dishonest and disrespectful behavior by anyone in all my years renting.
