Loved the several sessions I had. Unfortunately, scheduling was inconsistent. Last minute reschedules, cancellation, and no-shows on their end. Their scheduling system is quite glitchy as well (Reminder calls at 1am, sessions randomly cancelled, or no reminder messages for periods of time). It’s my first time doing therapy and was not expecting therapy to be a source of stress.
I'm so fortunate to be able to come here. My therapist Sam encouraged me to work on core issues instead of being stuck in endless repeating cycles for the rest of my life. They create a safe space for me that I look forward to. I always look forward to my healing journey with them. It feels like they genuinely care about my well being.
