Overall good experience
Dr Segal is very nice and funny but the office and staff are less than desirable. Her office is located in an eyeglass shop, and while taking my daughter there recently, i sat in the shop (not the office) to wait for her figuring they'd come get me should either my daughter or Dr Segal have any questions. Apparently the staff did not realize i was in the shop and the female associate decided to call clients to collect billing. EXCELLENT office!!!! Every person that we have dealt with over the past 5 years has been helpful,friendly, and professional. Dr. Segal is fabulous with us and the kids all the time.
