Dr Patel is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She is also very knowledgeable and informative. Her exams are very thorough, and she explains your condition and her interventions completely. She also took the time to review my case ahead of time as I had a prior retinal problem and surgery. She listened to my concerns and questions as well as answer them. Her staff is also pleasant, friendly and efficient. Minimal wait time in her office for your appointment in a nice atmosphere.
Dr. Patel is a consummate professional, a highly skilled surgeon and her office staff are equally as good. She cares about her patients and is easy to talk with and ask questions. She fully explains all medical issues and treatment options. She had recently done my cataract surgery; it was an exceptional experience!
Dr Patel is great! I needed an emergency appointment and she was able to fit me in same day.. She is very knowledgable and takes her time to answer all your questions.. Dr Patel and Allison from her staff were so friendly and helpful. You can tell she really cared and was sympathetic to my issue and finding a resolution. If you need a great eye doctor I highly recommend her!
I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for many years. I have glaucoma and general vision problems. Dr. Patel thoroughly examines my eyes every time I see her, which is several times a year. She thoroughly examines my eyes using multiple types of testing and state of the art equipment. Dr. Patel has no airs about her whatsoever. I feel like I'm talking to a friend. Dr. Patel did an amazing job doing my procedure. She was extremely compassionate and attentive during my visit. Everything was thoroughly explained. The staff is very friendly.
