Very nice staff. Explained what they were doing before they did it. Very knowledgable with all the questions we had.
Horrible customer service, they spoke about personal financial info with someone other than myself because they didn't verify who they were speaking with. My son has been missing a bracket for 2 weeks now that she has failed to fix. We've had brackets fall off the same day she put them on. Also, because I left a review on Google that she didn't appreciate, she won't see him now!
