Always very polite and professional.
She may have several locations, but she is the absolute WORST Orthodontist in Ohio. We paid her up front. Once she was paid in full, she started saying brackets were breaking because of us AND would not finish her work. No, it was because of us, it was the cheap material she uses. Do yourself a favor and go to Doctor King in Fairborn or out further such as Centerville. Nevertheless, Dr. Anderson took over and my son ended up with the most gorgeous teeth one could ask for. the first time around we had a wonderful experience with this office. then my son needed braces and had first phase and then there continued to be issues. I definitely dont feel like the patient is cared about in this office anymore
